Free Introductory Session
Coaching Description
A private one-on-one introductory session to meet the coach, see the training space, discuss your goals, and review the coaching process. This session is designed to help you understand how training works and determine the right starting point. Includes: Learn the Deadlift One-on-one conversation about your goals and training history Review of the private coaching environment Introduction to the training process Basic movement review if appropriate Discussion of proper footwear and training expectations Recommendation for next steps Best for: New clients who want to learn more before committing to paid coaching.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are by appointment only Please arrive on time and ready to train 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule Late cancellations and missed sessions are not refunded Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time New clients must complete the intake form and waiver before training
